Streatham is where I grew up, and is a vibrant, diverse, and growing community. It is tied together by Streatham High Road, an important business hub and Europe’s longest High Street. Streatham has benefited from its diversity with a growing cultural scene including film, food, and arts festivals supported by the inStreatham business improvement district.

I voted against the government’s Brexit position in the Commons, who were defeated by 45 votes, and voted for the SNP’s amendment that would have extended Article 50 by 3 months to avoid No Deal.
I have tabled an Early Day Motion calling on the government to reverse its cuts to children’s services which so many of my constituents rely on.
