I have strongly campaigned for and repeatedly voted to lower the voting age to give 16 and 17-year-olds the right to vote in UK elections.

I've voted to reform our Parliament including having an elected House of Lords. I have also supported proxy votes for MPs on maternity and paternity leave and I voted to amend the House of Commons sitting hours to make it more family-friendly.
